Prior to returning any item, you must send en email to returns@KateHellmers.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returned without such a number will not be accepted as a returned item.
Exceptions: If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, including special orders or Stone Success Reports, simply save the box, all packaging material, and the merchandise and notify us immediately at returns@KateHellmers.com. The carrier needs to track the damage for their records also and will contact you to make arrangements to inspect and pick-up the damaged package and a determination responsibility. You will receive notice from either Your 10 Keys / Enisphere or the carrier regarding potential/applicable replacement of the item(s), or refund due you.
